Returns
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
Swimwear: All swimwear must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners intact. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense.
· Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns sent back outside this period will not be accepted.
· All original tags must remain attached to the item(s)
· Item(s) must be unworn and returned in original condition and supplied packaging.
OUR POLICY:
1. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return, although we try out absolute best to process your return as soon as possible.
2. Postage & handling fees of a return are incurred by the customer.
3. Sale items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ or items located on the 'CLEARANCE' section of our website are final and cannot be returned, other than in the unlikely event of them being faulty.
4. A store credit/gift card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes at checkout.
In the unlikely case that an item arrives defective, please reach out to hello@tallyswim.com with your order number in the subject line and include a photo of the issue. Once we have reviewed the item and it is assessed as defective, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement.
