HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our swimwear features a cleverly built-in absorbency system with a high-performance gusset. The top-layer is breathable and made from antibacterial bamboo that wicks moisture away from the body; an absorbent mid layer that locks the fluid in; and a waterproof layer to stop liquid from getting out.
Tally Swim has been tried and tested by mums, young adults, and teens, and is an absolute game changer! The bamboo layer against your skin is so soft and does not irritate! And even better, the designs and colours are just what teens are looking for and want to wear!

KNOW YOUR FLOW:
A LIGHT FLOW = 1 regular tampon, 1 teaspoon or 5ml liquid
Suitable for light flow days, our swimwear comfortably supports spotting, light drips, and light discharge on its own.
A MODERATE FLOW = 2 regular tampons, 2 teaspoons or 10ml liquid
On moderate flow days, we suggest monitoring absorbency more frequently. If you feel you need extra support, simply wear your regular sanitary products as well.
A MODERATE to HEAVY FLOW = 2+ Tampons
For heavy flow days we recommend wearing our swimwear as a backup with your regular sanitary products. You can even rinse us under cold water until the water runs clear, and pop us back on.
